Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events. Our students are supported to enter in the Hawkesbury and the Multicultural Public Speaking Competitions.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities. Our students have the opportunity to be part of the guitar and dance groups. All students' art is considered for the Hawkesbury Art Show and Operation Art.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world. These include day trips for students from Kindergarten to Year 4 and overnight camps for Stage 3 students.
Chess
Our students have the opportunity to learn to play chess by attending a weekly chess group with one of our dedicated teachers. Students are invited to take part in chess workshops and competitions organised by the Hawkesbury PSSA.
